CITIC CLSA joins SSPA as a new member and issuer

London, UK – 22 April 2026: CITIC CLSA joined the Swiss Structured Products Association (SSPA) as a new member and issuer. This marks an important step in the Equity Derivatives unit’s international expansion, and cements CITIC CLSA as the first Asia-headquartered investment bank within the association.  

The SSPA represents key participants in the Swiss structured products market – one of the world’s largest by volume, with annual turnover exceeding CHF 235 billion. Its network now numbers 53 members across the entire value creation chain, from issuers to trading platforms and buy-side to brokers and partners. Membership reflects a formal commitment to the Swiss market and its world-class standards.  

Switzerland is a core market for our Equity Derivatives business, where we provide institutional clients with structured products, derivative strategies, and cross-border solutions – combining broad global market coverage with direct access to Chinese onshore markets.
