CLSA’s culture is defined by our employees.
We value individuals, who collectively and collaboratively drive the organisation forward.
Founded by two former journalists, CLSA was created to provide global asset managers differentiated insights and superior sales service. With clients at the centre of all that we do, CLSA’s culture is underpinned by our core values of excellence, innovation, integrity, inclusion and celebration.
CLSA employees are global citizens whose diversity of academic, cultural, professional and life experiences enrich our corporate culture.
Conscious efforts to diversify our employee base include recruiting, training and promoting women, taking interns from diverse economic backgrounds, providing an inclusive workplace for the LGBT population and people limited by physical disabilities.
Employees represent their interests across the organisation.
Collaborative employee networks provide opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing and greater collaboration across businesses, functions and cultures at CLSA. The CLSA Gender Equality Network and Women in IT network are active platforms for exchange.
