Hong Kong, 23/12/2022— CITICS/CLSA successfully assisted TechStar Acquisition Corporation (“TechStar”), a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPAC”), listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKEX”) today, acting as the Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager.
