- Experienced Professionals: Executives who join CLSA come from a variety of sectors and prefer a flat structure, non-bureaucratic work place where their ideas and experience are valued immediately.
- New Professionals: CLSA takes young professionals with a minimum of three years’ experience rather than new graduates. We provide training and opportunities for movement across the business.
- Broking Academy: The CLSA Broking Academy is training programme for executives with three to five years professional experience. The programme is not currently open for application.
