In August 2022, CLSA hosted 120 secondary school students from 60 secondary schools within the Greater Bay Area at a series of professional mentoring sessions, as part of a career taster programme.

This collaborative initiative was in support of the Hong Kong Arts and Culture Development Center (HKACDC), a charitable organisation which aims to enhance students understanding and appreciation of culture and diversity within a business environment.

Founded in 2007, Hong Kong Arts and Culture Development Centre aims to provide cultural, arts and exchange activities that nurture the next generation of Hong Kong citizens.

CLSA provided students with behind the scenes access to the CLSA office where they participated in seminars and activities focused on setting career goals and developing life skills.

Students were impressed by the valuable life experience and financial knowledge shared by CLSA leaders.  Many participating students commented that the events helped them develop a more realistic career outlook, and better prepare them for their dream career.

We would like to thank all the CLSA volunteers that made this program a great success, and look forward to many more to come!
