China PMI Report on Manufacturing

Growth of output and new orders eased sharply in November.&p;

Input and output price inflation at survey highs.

Key findings for November 2007:

  • PMI fell to eight-month low of 52.8 from thirty-one month high of 55.2.
  • New order growth hit by slowing demand and rising output prices.
  • Weaker growth of purchasing activity as input prices surged.

  • Input price inflation at sixteen-month high.
